Photography
Photos will be edited after the shoot and sent over in a gallery for your selection.
Editing + Licensing:

Our editing fees include cutting raw footage to create the perfect timeline, adding logos and titles as needed, and pulling in the right background music to accompany your space.

Virtual Tours
Editing:
Apartment 3D tours: $149 per floor plan
Community virtual tours: onsite bid
Hosting:
$5/mo per tour
Matterport 3D tour self-hosting:
$59 transfer fee per tour
*Hosting charges are invoiced on Jan 1st for the upcoming year. You will be charged for the months leading up to Jan 1st on the original shoot invoice.

Licensing Terms
5 Year Licensing
Upon receipt of full payment, Sherpa Media KC, LLC grants a limited, non-transferable, single-use license to the individual or company listed on the invoice (“Client”) to use the delivered photographs, videos, floor plans, and/or virtual tours (collectively referred to as the “Media”) solely for the Client’s own marketing, documentation, and promotional purposes in connection with the specific project for which the Media was created, for 5 Years.
This license is not transferable or shareable and does not permit use by any other parties involved in the project — including but not limited to architects, designers, builders, contractors, developers, vendors, or property owners — unless each party obtains a separate written license from Sherpa Media KC, LLC.
The Client may not sell, assign, transfer, sublicense, share, or distribute the Media to any third party, nor may the Media be used for unrelated projects, resales, or portfolio promotion by other vendors, without express written consent from Sherpa Media KC, LLC.
Any unauthorized use will constitute a breach of this agreement and may result in additional licensing fees or legal action.
All rights not expressly granted herein remain the exclusive property of Sherpa Media KC, LLC.
